I first stumbled upon this furniture store a year and a half ago while passing by the mall. My initial impression was that they had stunning furniture, and everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. Regardless of your financial situation, they’re always willing to assist you in finding the perfect piece. Since then, I’ve made several purchases from them, including a car bed, two sections, a kitchen table, a king bed set, and a mattress. Each item arrived in excellent condition, was promptly delivered, and was set up in a timely manner. I truly appreciate their personable nature. Whenever I’m ready to make a purchase, I can simply text someone, and they’ll promptly respond with options to show me. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Mimi, who has been the most helpful and patient person I’ve ever encountered. I’ve shared pictures from Pinterest of my desired home decor with her, and she takes the time to send me videos of their inventory and pictures of items that match or complement my style. I can’t thank you all enough for everything you’ve done for me.
Ty and Alexis are great and they were very helpful with my wife and I decision on picking the couch that we needed. Alexis is very down to earth and relates with you on what your are looking for specifically and helps with the length you have to work with. Ty is the best with meeting your needs and works with you financially as well. Best customer service by far.
I’ve been driving around for weeks looking for furniture, Orlando Mart has high quality furniture for less. So excited to get my new couch and tv stand!!! Ask for Ty, he LISTENED, to what I needed, and helped me stay in budget. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would.
Rozay and Chris came out for a delivery on a date they couldn’t originally make, but to keep me happy as a loyal customer, they made it work. Not only did they bring the furniture to my place, they also stayed and set up my whole bedroom suite with care. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll definitely be ordering again from Orlando Furniture and asking for Rozay and Chris to do the delivery!
